Argan oil culinary, made from roasted kernels, then cold-pressed. Nutty flavor with an intense aromatic profile. Ideal for raw use or finishing: salads, tagines, couscous, roasted vegetables, fish, desserts (yogurt, fruits).
Storage advice: close tightly after use, keep away from light/heat.
Not suitable for frying (moderate smoke point).
1 to 2 tsp per dish as a finishing touch (or mixed into a vinaigrette). Do not overheat.
