If a product does not meet your expectations, you have <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date of <strong>receipt<\/strong> to request a <strong>return, exchange, or refund<\/strong>, under the conditions outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1) Eligibility Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return\/refund:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The request must be made <strong>within 14 days of receipt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The product must be <strong>new, unused, unopened<\/strong>, and in its <strong>original packaging<\/strong> (labels, protective seals, accessories, or free gifts included).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">A <strong>proof of purchase<\/strong> (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Non-returnable Products (for hygiene\/safety reasons)<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Cosmetics and personal care products that are <strong>opened<\/strong> or <strong>used<\/strong> (e.g., oils, serums, creams, shower gels, shampoos).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Food products<\/strong> (e.g., amlou, culinary oils) that are opened or whose <strong>seal has been broken<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Personalized items<\/strong> or promotional offers marked as <strong>\u201cfinal sale\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><em>These exclusions do not apply in the case of a <strong>confirmed defect<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you receive an item that is <strong>defective<\/strong>, <strong>damaged<\/strong>, or <strong>different from your order<\/strong>, please contact us <strong>within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong> with the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Your <strong>order number<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Clear <strong>photos\/videos<\/strong> of the item and its packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">A <strong>brief description<\/strong> of the issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Depending on your preference and product availability, we will offer a <strong>replacement<\/strong>, a <strong>store credit<\/strong>, or a <strong>full refund<\/strong>. In this case, <strong>return and reshipping costs are fully covered by NECTUS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3) Return Procedure (RMA)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Submit your request<\/strong>: Contact us at <strong><a target=\"_self\">contact@nectusbio.com\n<\/a><\/strong> (WhatsApp also available at +212 658 322 871) with your <strong>order number<\/strong> and the <strong>reason<\/strong> for the return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Receive authorization<\/strong>: We will confirm by email with a <strong>Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)<\/strong> and provide <strong>packaging instructions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Return address<\/strong>: The exact <strong>return address<\/strong> will be provided by email once the RMA is approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Send back the package<\/strong>: Carefully pack the products in their <strong>original condition<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Quality check<\/strong>: Upon receipt, our team will <strong>verify the compliance<\/strong> of the return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Refund\/Exchange<\/strong>: Once the return is <strong>validated<\/strong>, we will proceed according to your choice (see \u00a74 and \u00a75).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> Do not return <strong>any product<\/strong> without our <strong>prior approval (RMA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4) Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong> are possible <strong>subject to availability<\/strong>. If the desired item is not available, we will offer a <strong>store credit<\/strong> or a <strong>refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Refunds \u2014 Method &amp; Timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Refunds are issued using the <strong>same payment method<\/strong> as the original order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">For <strong>Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/strong> payments, refunds are processed via <strong>bank transfer<\/strong> (you will be asked to provide the necessary banking details).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Timeline:<\/strong> Refunds are processed <strong>within 14 business days after the return has been validated<\/strong> by our team (bank processing times may vary).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Initial shipping fees:<\/strong> These are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, <strong>except<\/strong> in cases of a <strong>NECTUS error<\/strong> or a <strong>confirmed defect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6) Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>At the customer\u2019s expense<\/strong> for returns due to \u201cchange of mind\u201d or items not meeting personal expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Covered by NECTUS<\/strong> in the event of a <strong>preparation error<\/strong> or a <strong>confirmed defective\/damaged product<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7) Order Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You may request an <strong>order cancellation<\/strong> as long as the <strong>order has not yet been shipped<\/strong>.<br>If the order is already in transit, you may exercise your <strong>right of return<\/strong> after delivery (see conditions in \u00a71).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8) Delivery Tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Upon delivery, if the package is <strong>visibly damaged<\/strong>, please <strong>refuse it<\/strong> or <strong>note reservations<\/strong> with the carrier and <strong>take photos<\/strong>.<br>Contact us promptly with the details (<strong>photos<\/strong>, <strong>order number<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9) International Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Returns from <strong>abroad<\/strong> are possible.
